Trello is really intuitive and easy to use. The clean and straightforward interface is a significant attraction. It's easy for people to get started without a steep learning curve. The drag-and-drop functionality for cards and the ability to add details in a card's description make task management simple.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello's extensive integration ecosystem is one of my favorite aspects. You can connect Trello to other tools you use daily, such as Slack, Google Drive, and more, to create a seamless workflow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello's simplicity is a strength, but it may not help in seeking advanced project management features like Gantt charts, resource allocation, or task dependencies.

Its a lightweight and very simple project Can assign tasks and labels them with timeline in less than 2 seconds Lots of free templated provided by community to use , such as we are using SRE template for our project

Lightweight and so easy to implement Roadmap creation is so simple

Auto grouping based on the feature , have to do it manually

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Trello is easy to use because everything is based on a drag-and-drop function. It only takes a few minutes to get started and will likely be clear to experienced and inexperienced users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like Trello because you can create customized cards for each task. This allows us to assign tasks to specific individuals and establish accountability. I also like the notifications that Trello sends to my emails because I can easily check what is happening conveniently when I am travelling without login in to Trello every time. I also like the flexibility to add and reduce the number of users on a particular job board.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello allows any team member to move any card. This could create confusion especially if you add a new user who does not understand how the platform works. Trello does not seem to integrate well with Word document because it does not allow easy viewing of the documents. We usually paste the content from Word to Google Doc and share the link on the relevant Trello card, which grants quick access. The notifications sent to the email could be too many if you have a large, active team on Trello.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Train your team to move the task cards immediately they complete a certain task to ensure the cards give an accurate representation of the task progress.
