Simpler than Jira

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to use. Fun product.

Does not have the same fire power as Jira (e.g. no JQL, limited reporting and customization)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it. It is very easy to use for implementing SCRUM
