What differentiates SurveySparrow from other similar products?
The interface is extremely clean. The software is feature rich, and the end user are highly engaged.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the simplicity of the product. The visual aspect is very important when it comes to software in the feedback world. And SurveySparrow clearly stands out.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing strategy is a bit complicated. Especially when it comes to collecting data offline through tablets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend not to really think twice. They the product and make sure to confirm that it's the solution you need. I think that 8 times on 10 it will be the case. SurveySparrow is a no brainer when it comes to feedback, forms and customer voice.
