What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
This is a very simple program in which we can manage all the social networks in a comfortable way, with all the information accessible, without having to look for other programs. It allows us to make publications in real time, but also to schedule them, as well as to interact from the same platform with the followers, their comments and private messages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The sentiment analysis generated by the program is very accurate and helps us to know and take into account the favorable and negative interactions of each publication. The program also allows us to plan and schedule the content for a week and more, in addition to suggesting the best times for publications and other options to achieve an optimal publication.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish they could add tiktok to their list of allowed networks in their software, as it is a platform we use a lot. Uploading videos, either for feed posting or for stories, takes time no matter the size of the video. Your metrics are good, but I would like more depth and suggestions for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use Sprout Social to manage our social media programs on SendGrid, giving us a single platform to schedule and post content, respond to comments and direct messages, and review our analytics and performance. We also use it as an image repository to store related files for posting to our social accounts.

Sprout Social helps us to be better with everything that involves the management and monitoring of social networks that are managed in the organization; at the same time allows us to enjoy the benefit that this implies in making marketing decisions, obtaining and retaining customers, increased interaction with users of social networks and increased sales. Everything has turned out for the better in the organization with the use of this tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many positive qualities and contributions that Sprout Social brings to the management of social networks in my organization; it streamlines the work of the entire marketing team and helps us promote our products and services. It allows us to schedule publications and track their performance is incredible; it also has an excellent capacity for listening to different social networks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I don't like is its high price; on the other hand, the mobile app doesn't have the best performance or all the features of the desktop one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have implemented it because of the significant contribution it means to the management of the organization's social networks and social listening. We highly recommend using Sprout Social for managing and monitoring social networks, what is published on them, and the interaction of users with the published content.
