What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It's spreadsheet-like Interface. Users comfortable with Excel can easily navigate and manage projects within the grid-based layout. This lowers the learning curve for teams already accustomed to spreadsheets.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's user-friendly interface is a major win

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has limited collaboration features for complex projects

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your team is already familiar with Excel or similar spreadsheet programs, Smartsheet's interface will feel natural and require minimal training. However, if your projects involve intricate workflows with complex logic or require deep integration with external data sources, explore options offering more advanced automation capabilities.

It provides various automation, notifications and reminders features. We can also attach documents in each row which is unique

I am satisfied however, few excel formulas does not work in Smartsheet

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Better data visualization and features like attachment of documents and tagging the resources in there respective tasks. Dashboards are also interactive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interactive dashboards that can be setup to show live data changes as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not capable to handling heavy data files as it starts slowing down. Also can not add multiple tabs that might ease while working on multiple data.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool if you are looking from a task management perspective.
