What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?
Smartsheet is a tool that can cascade to all teams within an organization. Our Customer Success team, engineering org, and product teams all use Smartsheet in their own unique way. This has been a huge help in creating open lines of communication/ease of access to various information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create visual dashboards that compile data from across sheets has been a huge asset to our team and customers. It is also a great tool for tracking progress / creating onboarding plans through.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Smartsheet does have its limitations as it relates to cells. You can only create comments / add attachments to rows vs. individual areas.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a tool that you get what you put into it. Creating cross-functional adoption/best practice sharing has been key to our success.
