Smartsheet easy to use drag and drop UI makes usage easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Drag and Drop ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of its features are not useful to me and hence these features can sometimes hinder me from using other important features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, it ranks high in its ease of use when compared to other task management tool.

smartsheet doesn't track time which is unfortunate because teams must track job hours.
