What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Due to its user-friendly spreadsheet format, I use Smartsheet for everything from little to large tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation and alerts help me keep projects on time without frequent manual modifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even if it's powerful, additional users and features might make it too expensive for smaller companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartsheet is great for project managers that need more power but still like spreadsheets

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Ease of use and the integration features into Salesforce - this was really beneficial to our business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration into Salesforce, this allowed us speed up data input into Salesforce. This was really beneficial to our business. Filters, views and security features can all be customised using the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the formatting features can be limiting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking to speed up data inputs, roll out automation via the platform. Notifications can also be sent via the platform to email and Teams channels.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Multiple users access with individual customization is a very user friendly manner..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature is the Dashboard functionality. My job involves a lot of data entry and reporting - I can set up a template for each project, and using the Summary functionality, my progress on each progress is automatically rolled up into a report for my supervisors to check in on. And going one step further, I can easily turn these reports into impressive visualizations using Dashboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Small things like I can't delete more than 5 columns at a time, I can't paste more than 500 rows at a time, things like that

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The positives far outweigh the benefits of this product. Highly recommended for professionals.
