What differentiates ServiceNow IT Operations Management from other similar products?

Dashboard is user friendly and looks simple & sober. Dashboard has huge variety of features. Using this single platform we can automates the task as well as perform service mapping.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has AI capabilities that helps in daily tasks related to ITOM. Tracking or reporting of firewall, event management or health log analysis with in few mins. It is improving our business productivity, efficiency and scalability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ServiceNow always offer best product. It never created any issue. I am also happy with this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everyone consider this if you are searching the best ITOM tool in the market.

Due to complexity of launching this kind of softwares The platform provides demos and tutorials for new users. Amazing customer services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Functionality of the software is excellent in have no dislike.

Before adopting a certain software first research on its Practically by making use of demos and tutorials. This will spare you pain of committing yourself to platforms below the standards.
