What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
SuccessFactors is different in the aspect that it can be integrated with other products and any SAP platform. SAP SuccessFactors is easy to learn how to use and very intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SAP SuccessFactors has made the hiring and retaining process much easier and streamlined. The automated hiring process with onboarding features creates time and security.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As with most SAP products, it is a very extensive platform. I personally have not had any issues and I appreciate all SAP has to offer, but it can be overwhelming for some.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Any business who has a recruiting and onboarding process (or needs one) would benefit from SAP SuccessFactors. All recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining can be done within this one product.
