Sometimes it takes time to modify the features you are proposing

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
I would say the breadth of features for only having a small piece of the pie. We used it only for performance/talent management areas, versus as a whole HCM system. We were impressed from that angle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I believe it has the potential to be a great product for small companies looking to automate the difficulty of performance management into a system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think it is extremely difficult to learn because it is not intuitive. Thankfully, they have a great team available to help, but the first year of implementing it was definitely challenging compared to other systems I have used. With that being said, I would still give it a chance now that I've had some experience with it, but they can definitely improve their look and feel to be more conducive to learning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a smaller org and have the time to really dive into the capabilities, this is a great product. If you have more trouble learning systems, SAP might not be the best option if you don't have the bandwidth to train and really dig deep on the backend setup.

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
First for, SAP product is always trustable and all functionality are meet which we required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
- Easy to use, no documentation required to run. - Like most, since mobile application is available we can take action through our cell phone. - All the features required for HR module are available. - Faster than other app.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is no dislike from my end.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend everyone to use this software for HR module.
