What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
The SAP SuccessFactors solution made it easier to integrate employee data with SAP CPI after we bought it for the Adt connection roll-out. Digitizing is a relatively simple and practical way to adjust to the modern, constantly evolving world of HR. It makes it incredibly simple to manage various workforce divisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This program can also be used to manage human resources in a corporation very efficiently. I also love it because it is a user-friendly web-based app and its phone applications are also simple to use and upgrade. SAP SuccessFactors is a highly potent tool that constantly assists us in running any report or building a bespoke report. All processes are all going well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't discovered major unsettling or dislikeable aspects of this software as of yet either. It amazingly simplified the hiring procedure. I only dislike the difficulty of utilizing the software and how frequently it defies logic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SuccessFactors has the potential to greatly simplify the hiring and onboarding processes for new workers. SAP SuccessFactors solution is a fantastic tool for managing employee data. I can suggest this solution based on my overall experience, but I still urge consumers to evaluate it for their specific use cases to ensure that it meets their needs and is both affordable and functional.

It's very easy to use, especially for new employees during the onboarding process. It is easy to track employee training and career planning. I like how it also ties into LinkedIn learning.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to use and can be linked to LinkedIn learning.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes trainings don't show up when they should.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend using it, it is easy to use and has a wide variety of training options available.
