What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
Besides offering talent management features, the software also comes with other great human resource management capabilities making it irresistible
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that SAP SuccessFactors offers multiple features and that it is very capable It makes handling most HR needs easy
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software hasn't malfunctioned yet
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend SAP SuccessFactors for not only talent management but other HR capabilities. It is well equipped and affordable too.

Does what we need - but UX is rough

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
They have a lot of features which work well together once you get it configured. Other products had a few pieces of the puzzle whereas SuccessFactors had them all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding document management is great. It is very easy to onboard employees in other states once those states are setup.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user experience is very rough. For example, if I say I have completed and objective, it should automatically change that to 100% done - it should not make me change both. There are scenarios with my staff where they have an object marked as complete that is 50% done. It it little things like that which pop up all over the product. I also don't like that we are not using a US based sever instance.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to do your homework. The implementation is not intuitive. Once you know how to configure something, it is easy to do - but figuring it out - you need a 3rd party.

Easy to use, especially for new employees.

What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?
I really enjoy the user interface and how easy it is to use. It really helps with onboarding new employees and tracking their mandatory training.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to quickly access all of the training that I need to complete and just how organized and user-friendly the interface is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it is slow and seems a little finicky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it, especially if you are in an industry that sees a high turnover as it is really easy for new employees to use.
