What is your favorite aspect of this product?

So easy to use; new sales reps were up & running within an hour or two.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost was too high, after 3 years we migrated to SFDC Sales Engagement (formerly High-Velocity Sales) because it was free/cheap.

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

I've used other tools before, but Salesloft wins over all of them on flexibility in the setup of the cadences and the ability to change, add or modify steps once created. After spending a couple of hours, you're up & running, and your first cadences will generate responses. Initially, the tool was bought for sales/prospecting activities, for which it is great and precisely designed. But I have been able to use it equally as an account management tool to reach out to my clients regularly; adding a constant value to them is way more manageable now. The integration with Salesforce.com is smooth, you'll love it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User-friendliness as well as the quick support follow up

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm a dashboard freak, and more metrics are better, maybe I haven't gotten around the way to customising the dashboard, but as far as I can see there are some limitations. That said, what the tool offers is quite impressive already.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it, you will not regret it

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?

The sales team's efficiency. We leaned toward Outreach, But the sales team was so efficient and fast, we decided to buy Salesloft.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Coaching and Multi-touch cadences.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The call quality sometimes and its integration with Salesforce is on way. For example , if we update something in SalesLoft, it won't be updated in Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Totally recommend it.
