What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interface of the platform is user-friendly, well-designed, and fairly easy to navigate. It provides efficient and useful email automation capabilities. Additionally, it enables the sharing of templates across various teams, promoting collaboration and consistency. The standardized call layouts eliminate any uncertainty regarding call details, ensuring that everyone has a clear understanding and remains aligned.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I strongly desire a solution that would allow me to answer incoming calls directly through the provided number within Salesloft. Currently, it only forwards calls to your phone, but this lacks the convenience of knowing the caller's identity, which would be incredibly useful.

analytics on time of day, day best to send CI Bounces are easier to fix for the future
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Integration to SFDC--> dialer etc
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not SFDC native, cant do custom fields, additional fields., they use their own DB.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Look at Groove head to head... see if you will miss the OmniBar Groove has.
