It's cheaper than others, but you get what you pay for

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a bare bones engagement tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfortunately or Salesloft, I feel that they've built and continue to iterate on a product that focused no out-of-date prospecting strategies (spray and prey, email blasting, etc.). There's a lot to be desired if you've used something with higher functionality, built for the entire revenue suite and not just outbound callers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your due diligence and chat with customers before purchasing

Salesloft really sets itself apart by boosting productivity and keeping everything super organized. It helps the team stay on top of tasks and follow-ups, making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Plus, the built-in accountability features mean everyone stays on track and focused on hitting their goals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite thing about this product is how it automates tasks and makes it super easy to set up and use cadences, content, and snippets. It takes a lot of the manual work off the sales team’s plate, so they can focus more on selling and less on admin stuff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’d recommend looking into how well it integrates with your current CRM and other software. It connects seamlessly, which makes it easy to sync up your data and keep everything running smoothly without a lot of extra work.
