Great product, great customer service

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
It's cleaner and looks great. It's simpler vs Outreach but I believe Outreach has more utility and better automation. I do believe that Salesloft has upped their game in the last year.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not as many functionalities

Compare vs Outreach. Both are great!

Essential outreach tool, can't live without it!

What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
What I enjoy most about using Salesloft is the high degree of campaign customization and control when creating email cadences. The automation of outreach saves me so much time and there's a clear difference in quality between Salesloft and its competitors (outreach, hubspot, mailchimp).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
A few - the ability to queue up emails for the week, robust API integrations with salesforce and owler, easy to add new users to a plan
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you use a lot of the in-app integrations, navigating the platform can be slow and laggy but I think the speed can be improved with better internet and computer hardware
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of the basic and advanced trainings offered by Salesloft's customer success team, there's a lot to learn about the software and the tips are worthwhile to learn
