What differentiates Salesloft from other similar products?
Sales Analytics, Open Rates and multi-channel integrations make Salesloft a leader in its space. Other providors are limited to email outreach whereas Salesloft takes a more variable approach to engagement.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to see information about prospects from multiple sources in one place. For example I can see past outreach, a snapshot of their linkedin profile, links to salesforce account and the company website as well. All of these make Salesloft the central platform for our prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the platform can be slow to load, but this could be caused by slow interent / computer. Also, sales analytics is hugely useful, but our version doesn't have any drill capabilities. I'd like to be able to drill into a bar chart to dig deeper into the data showcased.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to understand how Salesloft delivers emails and how it sets itself apart from a deliverability standpoint. My company was using an alternative to Salesloft and our open rates were incredibly low. Salesloft helped us increase that visibility significantly.
