Salesforce is so user friendly I think it is different from its competitors because it is easy for new employees to learn and use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Salesforce is the Dashboard, all of the information you need for day to day operations is laid out clearly and concisely there, which makes it easy to run your day.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing in particular I can say I dislike about this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend using this product for sure, Especially if you are leading a newer team, Salesforce is the way to go!
