The customization capabilities of Salesforce definitely outcompete other CRM products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization and customer service for Salesforce are unbeatable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The complexity associated with Salesforce. Our small business had a steep learning curve and long learning period to efficiently use the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is great for larger companies, but would not be my first choice for smaller, simpler companies.
