What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?
Salesforce Pardot is a standard marketing automation platform that is easy to access due to its cloud based platform capability. This greatly removed the hurdle and obstructions one may face with on-premises automation softwares. Yes it did come with a bearing cost due to this, but from a bigger picture this was easy to scale. Only thing that would be great to see in upcoming upgrades is the ability of Pardot to be integrated with other platforms like Zoho or Hubspot. Also if it had little advanced reporting capabilities, it would surely help our Data Analytics and Data Science teams as well to get simple and easy to understand information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to give me direct and easy to interpret information about what's really going on, on my landing pages and social media post as digital touch-points. While its not designed keeping in mind needs of data analytics teams, its a pretty sophisticated and handy tool designed keeping marketers in mind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its only limited to getting campaign based behavioural insights only from Salesforce. Also a little bit more flexibility with pricing would have been great to switch between other short term plans!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To have real-time integrations with other platforms and software tools. Our team could not create custom reports to track ROI firsthand.

What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?
If you have Salesforce as your main CRM, Pardot gives you a super easy integration/sync compared to using other Marketing Automation platforms. Pardot itself however is an overall great product. It's not the 'easiest' product to use compared to others BUT Pardot can be the most 'customizable' tool out there. If you have the team and resources, you can cater your Pardot platform to your business like a glove.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pardot's Engagement Studio and customer fields make it super easy to capture AND automate your marketing without all the extra steps.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not as 'easy' to use compared to other tools like Hubspot. AND to get the full potential of this product, you must have Salesforce as your main CRM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through the certification/training. It's really easy to learn and will help you get your full use out of this product.
