What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Everything I need is all in one spot. I can see how many hours I worked and also celebrate the anniversaries and birthdays of coworkers all within one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I don't have to go to another program to fill out work related reviews. I am constantly checking my hours and love that I can do this all from the phone app as well. It makes clocking my hours and hitting my goals easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features can be a bit confusing at first, especially when it comes to managing personal info or benefits. I

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While the platform is powerful, Rippling can be intricate for first-time users.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?

Rippling is a cutting edge HRIS that will allow your company to create efficiencies in your processes. It is a cloud based system that will allow your HR, accounting and staff members to work in a remote setting. Rippling is innovative and they are always looking for opportunities to expand their product offerings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Ripping is the onboarding workflows. These have helped our staff stay organized and helped ensure the completeness and accuracy of employee records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I really can't speak to any specific pain points that our company has had with Rippling.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Rippling has added a tremendous amount of value for our HR and accounting teams. It has provided a much more positive user experience. Finally, it has added a tremendous amount of efficiency for our HR and accounting teams.
