The main aspect that has enabled our organization to work effectively is the coordination of our customers and team members. This product streamlines all sales pipeline and marketing of our products and services.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

The platform is hosted in the cloud, which means it can be used anywhere as long as you have access to the Internet. It helped us move in the right direction, allowed us to track all the necessary data that can be used to increase sales. The platform is fully worth the price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is very easy to set up, it doesn't take you much time. In addition, you can quickly learn everything with the help of the video in the help section. The system is very intuitive and quite functional considering such a low price. There is the ability to customize everything for your own sales funnel and field of activity. You can check out your general sales statistics or the results of individual company employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no integration with accounting tools, which makes it difficult to issue invoices, manage and maintain contracts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommend it for small companies as it is very affordable.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

The amount of integrations it has is attractive, MailChimp, Gmail, Zapier, Teams, among others. It is relatively cheaper than other CRMs on the market. Simple interface that helps to better manage the customer lifecycle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive is a focused, specific and professional CRM with a competitive price. It's a funnel that helps me get from potential customers to prospects, saving me a lot of work and giving me specific guidelines and steps to follow, as well as offering courses and tutorials. Pipedrive gets you up and running quickly, once you log in it guides you through its features and how to implement them in your business and projects, simple and effective. It also features automation of repetitive tasks such as sending emails. Automatic call and email tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile app often freezes or is not stable, it has a lot of potential and the idea is good but more work needs to be done on it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good solution for small and medium businesses, personally I think it does not need complex consultation and training as Pipedrive guides you from the beginning and that is a great advantage, I recommend it, it has a free trial period and the prices of the plans are not the cheapest but not the most expensive, due to the recognition it has and the security of the data is worth it.
