What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive is a powerful CRM application which is extremely easy to implement and set up. I like it's designe and and simplicity of use and this makes it easy to manage. The interface is user-friendly and makes it easy to create and customize reports. I like how it automatically tracks all calls and emails, creating reminders on the scheduled date and time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive has a database for clients and general contacts which enables us to quickly allocate the client we want to work with. Pipedrive also allows the entire organization to easily collaborate no projects which increases productivity and their is no communication breakdowns as a result of missing email chains or other issues. With the help of Pipedrive, we can work easily and effectively.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes, some synchronizations and automations are very slow and slows down the work. Nothing much negative to mention about Pipedrive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Pipedrive, work becomes very easy and it makes it easier to engage with clients.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
It helped my team organize their portfolio more effectively. This improves visualization throughout the sales process. Expand your pipeline by providing better customer care. Pipedrive has solved a sales management issue. A universal and complete system for ordering workflows. It also facilitates integration with commercial systems such as MailChimp through API configuration, increasing benefits, promotions and information when interacting with potential customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is a user-friendly platform that allows you to better manage your pipeline. You can track the entire sales process from the moment a lead is generated until the deal is closed-win. It is a powerful CRM that handles the entire methodological process in a sales agreement to save time. It focuses on customers with the highest purchasing power, developing a personalized approach for each customer, and OneDrive integration is an added bonus.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is a little boring, and the information required to create a lead should be a little more restricted. The Android application's functions must be optimized; the delay prevents it from functioning properly. Pipedrive should incorporate better lead and qualified lead filters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for an easy-to-use CRM that will help you improve your sales and follow-up process, Pipedirve is what you're looking for and is one of the best solutions to implement for any type of business. For those of us who like good sales management orders in an objective and concrete way, it's just worth implementing.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
I can keep track of everything in one location, i can quickly discover any leads and their status if I need to recall them. As I can update when to perform the next tracking, the tracking procedure becomes easier. I can call and email the consumer immediately from the app, making it incredibly simple. It is simple to collaborate and share with other team members. It is quite beneficial to monitor the activities of other members on a weekly or daily basis, exactly like Salesforce or other CRMs do. It has enhanced our procedure and raised our output.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive makes it simple to manage incoming and outgoing leads. I was able to consolidate all of the critical customer information as well as details/documents in one location, making it easier to handle the inquiry and lead. The advantage is that you may incorporate different additional important tools into this program to handle everything in one location. It is a highly full and user-friendly CRM; I like its design and ease of use; it has many helpful functions; and it is simple to tag and collaborate with other team members. It has a simple UI and is excellent for producing and modifying reports.

Getting a new lead is a little perplexing since I believe I require a lead inbox to better separate and work from the leads rather than traversing the contacts part.

If you need to manage a list of clients/prospects, this program is for you. You won't need to utilize any other tools if you can meet all of your demands in one spot. It offers a lot of help information and courses, therefore I definitely recommend it for anyone who have little expertise with CRM and need one to get started.
