What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is an easy-to-use CRM. Why do I say so? Last year I had a client who uses Pipedrive for his business. He is having a hard time automating stuff in it. He hired me even though I hadn't had any prior experience with it. So, I logged in and checked the Pipedrive CRM; at first glance, I already knew what was happening. The flow of leads and how a user can interact are excellent! There are many integrations available natively, and you can develop one if you need to. In our case, we had to use Zapier automation to connect all of his apps, which seamlessly worked! The data that comes from Pipedrive is very detailed!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I have said, what I love about Pipedrive is that it has a lot of integrations and continuously adds more! But to be specific, the pipeline flow is the most significant feature they have as it is very straight to the point, like a Kanban for tasking for developers. Adding in, I love that for each deal, there's an activity of notes on the right side where you can check the messages, activities, replies of the client, the date when the deal is won or lost etc... When we used Zapier for my clients' automation, Pipedrive provided rich data that we could use for the automation, making my life much easier as a business automation expert.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Pipedrive has a lot of integrations, what I didn't like was its pricing of it as well as the documentation for their API. They lack something like the others where there's a run code in the website for different languages. But other than that there's nothing more I could say!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suppose you are looking for software to make your business leads and management easy to use. You certainly need Pipedrive! It is a leading CRM where you can quickly learn the essential parts from a day or two! Most of the integrations and apps are also available on their marketplace, so you don't need to worry about if something needs to be integrated with your existing app! Finally, hands down, with the UI and UX of the CRM, you can never go wrong with choosing Pipedrive as your CRM and all-in-one tool for managing your business and your leads, contacts, and deals!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The synchronization it has with google tools is ideal, especially the calendar, because it automatically tracks all calls and emails, making reminders on the regular date and time. It has info for clients and general contacts, that helps us to quickly find the clients we wish to work with. It conjointly has call recording, which permits us to create corrections and enhancements in the future. Several of the present CRMs I’ve tested in the past were so comprehensive, but also so tough to grasp, that they couldn’t be set. Pipedrive encompasses a restricted variety of points, which has created my job easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its style can be improved, to make it easier to use and far additional friendly to the eye. We have not been ready to solve the matter of sending mass mailings, so our work is delayed by having to send one mail at a time. Overall, there don’t seem to be several complaints regarding this program, as I feel it’s complete, with very helpful tools for our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a CRM for sales that will be of nice help to any company and its sales department because it helps to manage all sales in an organized way, owns a complete overview of the progress of customers, and so to prioritize its client base. As a company, we’ve got found it helpful and our sales have increased.

Pipedrive is one of the best CRM to use and configure. The mix of a simple interface and a plethora of options is ideal. It appeals to me due to its speed and simplicity, and it is a superb information model sandbox for tweaking and perfecting your model as it evolves. This permits businesses to save cash on high-priced sales force installation and consultants. The support chat is fantastic, and therefore the video instructions are straightforward to follow. The file export tools are exceptional and extremely powerful so we can make the most of deals that close early and the system doesn’t crash.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The add-on options like a chatbot and internet forms need help. They need some glitches. They each don’t work with google analytics which is extremely necessary for anyone running ads. Chatbot won’t save a lead as it’s set up unless it goes entirely through the chat. Therefore, for example, we had a choice to schedule a meeting at the end of the chat however most customers wouldn’t schedule a meeting so the lead/deal wouldn’t save.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re thinking of using Pipedrive, don’t hesitate. If you’re using Gsuite, make sure your email and calendar are connected to Pipedrive. It’s suitable for use in the manufacturing business, the service industry, company, and individual clients, and it integrates well everywhere. There’s no reason not to leave it.
