What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
We use this program in the sales department to efficiently attend to all our clients and potential clients. I like that when I log into the platform, it gives me an immediate view of all my clients, sales and progress, this way I don't waste time and I know what actions to take to close sales with the most important clients.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows me to perform geo-segmentation, which is wonderful to be able to intelligently filter the customers that are closer to me. The integration it has with all google products is perfect and very useful, since it synchronizes my emails, my appointments and meetings and my contacts. It also gives me very useful reports to know my progress with clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is a very complete program, with many functions, so it can be overwhelming at first and its learning curve a little high. Its cost is also high, especially if you need tools beyond the basic default ones. Another detail I noticed is that the email templates look outdated, so a modern redesign would be perfect to start using them more often.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very complete sales support program, which has helped us 100% in the sales department and allows all agents to be organized with our customers and our monthly sales goals. Undoubtedly it is a great sales support and highly recommended to all companies that want to increase their profits and add new customers.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
This is a software that we use to efficiently and orderly manage all sales, the profile and history of each customer and see in a general way all future sales, avoiding that any customer is overlooked. It is a friendly and intuitive program, perfect for making sales in a comfortable way, without losses or distractions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a real-time chat that allows us to talk to customers comfortably and quickly, it also has a chatbot, which attends and answers questions to customers, outside working hours, which allows us to always maintain contact. The fact that it is a multi-channel program helps us to keep all customers in a single control panel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although this software allows you to integrate certain programs to facilitate its use, the truth is that when you need reports and metrics, it does not provide the data of the integrated programs, so it is very difficult to create a real report with real data and in real time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A very intuitive and comfortable to use software, that all sales agents could adapt to it without any learning curve. Ideal for all companies with sales and customer service departments, who wish to improve communication with their users and consumers and increase their sales.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
We use this software to manage clients while out of the office. It is a software designed to serve customers and carry a complete crm from the phone, without the need for a computer, which has been perfect for all employees who are in the field, because we send reports directly from the mobile without any setbacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily schedule meetings through its easy to use interface, plus we can see the status of vehicular traffic, send the location to the office or to the client and take complete all the global and individual management of each client. I like that it is simple to use and that its functions and tools are easy to understand. It also allows us to make reports of each management and to know and improve our sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is little I can say against it, since I find everything useful and easy to use, if I would like some tools to have the option to use them without internet connection, such as the agenda of customers, so we can be in communication, even when we do not have good internet signal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a highly recommended software, ideal for all companies that have salespeople who need to be out of the office. Sales in general have increased considerably since we have been using this program and my sales record per month has also increased. It has been very useful, as I am now much more organized and in control of my sales and my customers.
