What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive Sales is our main sales management tool which helps to boost sales through excellent task programs that help our agents to maintain a high level of productivity and bring benefits to the company. Pipedrive Sales has a lot of tools focused on the art of selling which allows our company to increase the percentage of deals closed positively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that the tool sends reminders when to continue with a project or pay a little more attention to it is really positive, especially for agents with memory problems or who are not focused enough on all projects, which is sometimes difficult. It tracks agent performance very well, letting you know where you need to improve and what areas you are doing well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like to have the opportunity to be able to send messages with video content to our customers through the application, this would help us to generate publicad or make explanatory videos of their projects. A cleaner and more efficient integration with Microsoft Outlook is required, since sometimes we have problems with it causing delays and requiring the use of third party services to keep up to date the documentation of our operations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pipedrive Sales is a powerful tool for all sales teams that require a qualitative leap in the way in which they perform their processes, the tool has endless arguments to carry out its use and implementation in the company, keeping sales teams up to date and providing training in closing deals which constantly benefits companies and enhances their growth, has an extremely good customer service.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Our conglomerate uses Pipedrive as a dedicated customer acquisition server after an extensive search for such a software, Pipedrive even provides us with valuable statistics when making offers and sweepstakes, as well as a constant follow-up to our customers through calls, mails, reminders. Since using Pipedrive a large percentage of our customers are in the same place allowing us to have control of every movement made.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sending reminders and alerts that Pipedrive provides is extremely successful, keeping our customers connected with us constantly which allows us to know more about their needs and queries, it also produces management reports that allow us to evaluate the scope of our products and services, as well as potential customers who are interested in the company. Pipedrive also has an intuitive and easy to use interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be interesting to know how to add integrations because sometimes it can be confusing, it is a tool that works very well and fulfills what it promises at an interesting cost, there have been cases in our users where the tool fails to transmit emails to our customers causing loss of information and contact with them, we would like to have a video call service instead of communication through notes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Especially aimed at small companies with a small number of workers because the more information flow can lead to failures, excellent interface and operation, it can still improve, if you have a small business should give it a try, increased sales, billing control, greater feedback between customer and company. Adding other features could help us much more in saving time.
