What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
We use this software to manage clients while out of the office. It is a software designed to serve customers and carry a complete crm from the phone, without the need for a computer, which has been perfect for all employees who are in the field, because we send reports directly from the mobile without any setbacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can easily schedule meetings through its easy to use interface, plus we can see the status of vehicular traffic, send the location to the office or to the client and take complete all the global and individual management of each client. I like that it is simple to use and that its functions and tools are easy to understand. It also allows us to make reports of each management and to know and improve our sales.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is little I can say against it, since I find everything useful and easy to use, if I would like some tools to have the option to use them without internet connection, such as the agenda of customers, so we can be in communication, even when we do not have good internet signal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a highly recommended software, ideal for all companies that have salespeople who need to be out of the office. Sales in general have increased considerably since we have been using this program and my sales record per month has also increased. It has been very useful, as I am now much more organized and in control of my sales and my customers.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
In using it to oversee the company's clientele, I was able to achieve fantastic achievements. The sales staff kept all client data in a notebook before using it. I decided to alter the rules of the game because they weren't helping us be as productive as possible. Your sales staff will benefit greatly from using this product. The highest possible recommendation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With this app, you can track the progress of your pipeline and the many contacts, firms, and leads inside it, as well as do the necessary follow-up tasks. As a result, you can monitor the activities of your sales staff and learn how to enhance the quality of the services you offer. Marketing campaigns are out of the question, and neither can bulk emailing techniques à la Mailchimp.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They have room to expand into areas like marketing and customer service. It has the option of capturing video and expanding into new chapters. Input from a video rather than written notes from the team. Confirmation of a meeting or a follow-up by mobile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a manager, I have my business development team use Pipedrive. This is so that all of the leads can be monitored in one area, and the charge can be monitored in the same place. The team responsible for estimating sales and setting goals must do this. In addition, everything will be continuously updated and simple to monitor. The timetable for following up can be easily reminded.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Create your project stages in sales or use an existing template. Add your deals or import them automatically from a spreadsheet or CRM. Get automatic alerts and reminders to keep everything on track. Sales forecasts are updated every time you move a deal through the funnel. Schedule reminders for all your sales activities. Keeps track of all your movements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is a bit limited for small accounts. There are certain plans that offer chat and phone support, but for us as a small business it tends to have limited email support, you can see that this was an issue depending on the needs of the team. You can generate reports that show all your leads and lead stages, which was sufficient, but if you are looking for more advanced reports to determine things like retention rates, you will not find them, at least on the plan they offer.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Can be used to track and see what your sales reps are doing and where they can improve services. You can't use it for marketing campaigns and you can't send mass emails; it allows us to solve our sales management, customer database. Email marketing management and contacts are also managed very well, it had simple integrations and it's very easy to use for our team. It manages customer data and also ensures that we have a sales funnel at the end, giving us leads at the end.
