What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Create your project stages in sales or use an existing template. Add your deals or import them automatically from a spreadsheet or CRM. Get automatic alerts and reminders to keep everything on track. Sales forecasts are updated every time you move a deal through the funnel. Schedule reminders for all your sales activities. Keeps track of all your movements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support is a bit limited for small accounts. There are certain plans that offer chat and phone support, but for us as a small business it tends to have limited email support, you can see that this was an issue depending on the needs of the team. You can generate reports that show all your leads and lead stages, which was sufficient, but if you are looking for more advanced reports to determine things like retention rates, you will not find them, at least on the plan they offer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Can be used to track and see what your sales reps are doing and where they can improve services. You can't use it for marketing campaigns and you can't send mass emails; it allows us to solve our sales management, customer database. Email marketing management and contacts are also managed very well, it had simple integrations and it's very easy to use for our team. It manages customer data and also ensures that we have a sales funnel at the end, giving us leads at the end.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It meets our needs; it has assisted us in expanding our reach, capturing the audience we require through campaigns, following up with consumers, and growing our profitable business. It has functioned well in my firm, and we have experienced an increase in income since implementing Pipedrive; it includes all we want from a CRM and more. Its online forms allow for email automation and lead collection. I haven't utilized their chatbot function extensively, but from my short inspection, it appears to be rather decent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a piece of software that facilitates the administration of customer relationships in my organization. Its interface is straightforward and easy to use; it gives everything we need to join the market, identify clients, and provide them the proper products and services based on their wants and availability. It has aided in the improvement of critical sales procedures. It's simple and obvious, and I enjoy how it's the ideal data model testing environment for refining and refining your model as you expand. This helps businesses to save money on high-priced sales force implementation and consultants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The program is fantastic, and its performance is perfect, but its integration with third-party tools is restricted; if it improves, it might help us utilize our tools more efficiently, saving time and effort. It should include basic email marketing and marketing automation skills, and I'd want to see more and deeper integrations to decrease expenditure on other products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use GSuite, link your email and calendar to Pipedrive; it's ideal for broadening a brand's reach, channeling to a bigger audience, and better managing customer interactions.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is the best CRM software on the market for sales. It has the power to easily integrate a sales flow with SaaS companies, plus it has a customization facility in the main dashboard. You can aggregate the activity with all the necessary documentation to be able to track all the necessary revenue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive is an excellent tool to be able to manage sales activities and sales tracking. It has an excellent design and integrations are very easy to set up and do. Most tools are seamlessly integrated and all Pipedrive dashboards are customizable to the client's liking. It is a major plus for SaaS companies as its forecasting and revenue tracking option is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only flaw Pipedrive has is that when you need some custom options you have to pay a higher license fee because what some licenses have, others do not. Pipedrive is not as capable to manage HR and CRM in the same line.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can use this tool to move all your contacts, companies and leads and track all the activities you need to do before and during your funnel. You can use it to track and see what your reps are doing and where they can improve their service. You can't use it for marketing campaigns and you can't send mass emails like in Mailchimp.
