What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Easy customization and organization, auto-tracking calls and emails, lead and deal tracking, and excellent dashboard with prioritized tasks and deals. It supports remote work and local leads, has a visual funnel and drag-and-drop deal management. It sends follow-up reminders, tracks performance data, and has integrations with PandaDoc. However, it lacks custom content area creation, has limited reporting and automation, and can have email glitches and confusing activity tracking. The support for small accounts is limited and the reporting is basic. The UI and postal code generation is not perfect.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Highly customizable workflows. I learned how to do it without watching tutorials. it's very self explanatory. These features allowed my team to efficiently manage our sales pipeline and track their progress towards the goals.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting options are a bit limited, and I would have liked to see more advanced reporting options such as determining retention rates. The new user interface is not an improvement in my opinion, and postal codes are not generated automatically in the address field. It can sometimes be a bit slow, and downloading leads can be cumbersome with limited support. However, I appreciate the simple pipeline with drag-and-drop features and clear view of deals.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're part of a small team, this CRM is the best pick for you. It is user-friendly and has all the basic features that a small team would need. However, if your organization is looking for more complex features, this CRM might not be the best fit for you.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Prior to Pipedrive Sales, my sales staff entered all the customers' data into a notebook which was quite difficult and unproductive. That's why I made the decision to alter the game's guidelines, and our output immediately rose. Our sales staff find this to be a more valuable tool than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive Sales is a cost-effective, simple-to-use, and customized cloud-based CRM application. We mainly used it to organize all the things in a central place. For instance, it keeps our sales staff accountable and organizes customer information. It is really helpful to track all leads in one location and the status of the charge. It also has adaptable integration, pipeline development, and data entry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to the lack of integrated solutions for contract administration, I must email each contact separately and sequentially. As we're unsure of the source of the leads for our online forms, we must approach them directly for this information. It crashes and crashes once again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It would be a terrific tool if you needed a tool for sales teams with a longer sales cycle. Given that Pipedrive is primarily geared at opportunities with a lengthy sales process, it might not be the optimal solution for sales teams with a short close period.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive has an excellent UI, email tracking features, and the ability to display contact information and notes about each individual. It allows us to integrate other systems with a high degree of automation, which is crucial to our workflow. Easy to pick up and use, with seamless integration into Gmail and Outlook, Pipedrive is a great CRM option. Compared to rivals, Pipedrive is simple and has quality features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The email integration that collects all relevant communication (also through the possibility of adding a deal-specific Pipedrive address on BCC)
What do you dislike most about this product?
Configuring reports can be hard sometimes as the fields for sorting data can be confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pipedrive is a great tool for sales teams that have a longer sales cycle and need to keep track of deal progress over time without losing the details of an opportunity. Pipedrive may not be the best tool for sales teams that have a very short close period as Pipedrive is focused more on opportunities that have several steps in the sales process.
