What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Our conglomerate uses Pipedrive as a dedicated customer acquisition server after an extensive search for such a software, Pipedrive even provides us with valuable statistics when making offers and sweepstakes, as well as a constant follow-up to our customers through calls, mails, reminders. Since using Pipedrive a large percentage of our customers are in the same place allowing us to have control of every movement made.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sending reminders and alerts that Pipedrive provides is extremely successful, keeping our customers connected with us constantly which allows us to know more about their needs and queries, it also produces management reports that allow us to evaluate the scope of our products and services, as well as potential customers who are interested in the company. Pipedrive also has an intuitive and easy to use interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be interesting to know how to add integrations because sometimes it can be confusing, it is a tool that works very well and fulfills what it promises at an interesting cost, there have been cases in our users where the tool fails to transmit emails to our customers causing loss of information and contact with them, we would like to have a video call service instead of communication through notes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Especially aimed at small companies with a small number of workers because the more information flow can lead to failures, excellent interface and operation, it can still improve, if you have a small business should give it a try, increased sales, billing control, greater feedback between customer and company. Adding other features could help us much more in saving time.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

We use this program in the sales department to efficiently attend to all our clients and potential clients. I like that when I log into the platform, it gives me an immediate view of all my clients, sales and progress, this way I don't waste time and I know what actions to take to close sales with the most important clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows me to perform geo-segmentation, which is wonderful to be able to intelligently filter the customers that are closer to me. The integration it has with all google products is perfect and very useful, since it synchronizes my emails, my appointments and meetings and my contacts. It also gives me very useful reports to know my progress with clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a very complete program, with many functions, so it can be overwhelming at first and its learning curve a little high. Its cost is also high, especially if you need tools beyond the basic default ones. Another detail I noticed is that the email templates look outdated, so a modern redesign would be perfect to start using them more often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a very complete sales support program, which has helped us 100% in the sales department and allows all agents to be organized with our customers and our monthly sales goals. Undoubtedly it is a great sales support and highly recommended to all companies that want to increase their profits and add new customers.
