What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is an excellent tool for tracking the progress of customers and sharing that information across a team. But new features have made the service more confusing, and its customer service isn't as good as the competition's.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive helps sales teams organize and achieve their goals. It stands out from the competition for sales teams thanks to its attractive design, user-friendly drag-and-drop features, and compatibility with widely used programs like Google Workspace.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of Pipedrive's current weaknesses is its client service. Because of their complex inner workings, even very minor issues can quickly balloon into insurmountable roadblocks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Pipedrive has been a great success for me. To handle my sales efforts, I've been using this software for some time now, and I must say that it has been a fantastic asset in terms of improving efficiency. Keeping tabs on my prospects, deals, and actions is a breeze because to the streamlined design.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

When comparing CRMs, Pipedrive is among the most user-friendly and straightforward. The combination of an intuitive user interface and numerous customization possibilities is ideal. Both the live chat with help and the on-demand tutorials are fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive replaced spreadsheets and tables and offered value to our ecosystem when excel charts weren't enough to handle client interactions and notes. Zapier allowed for the addition of contacts, deals, and items from a plethora of other data sources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no built-in support for a nighttime theme in the UI. A browser's dark mode can be activated with the help of add-ons. In my opinion, the CRM would be better served by including a dark mode option.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive made it so simple for me to track leads and other information that I find it hard to believe any desktop tool could handle the same level of complexity.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Easy customization and organization, auto-tracking calls and emails, lead and deal tracking, and excellent dashboard with prioritized tasks and deals. It supports remote work and local leads, has a visual funnel and drag-and-drop deal management. It sends follow-up reminders, tracks performance data, and has integrations with PandaDoc. However, it lacks custom content area creation, has limited reporting and automation, and can have email glitches and confusing activity tracking. The support for small accounts is limited and the reporting is basic. The UI and postal code generation is not perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Highly customizable workflows. I learned how to do it without watching tutorials. it's very self explanatory. These features allowed my team to efficiently manage our sales pipeline and track their progress towards the goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting options are a bit limited, and I would have liked to see more advanced reporting options such as determining retention rates. The new user interface is not an improvement in my opinion, and postal codes are not generated automatically in the address field. It can sometimes be a bit slow, and downloading leads can be cumbersome with limited support. However, I appreciate the simple pipeline with drag-and-drop features and clear view of deals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're part of a small team, this CRM is the best pick for you. It is user-friendly and has all the basic features that a small team would need. However, if your organization is looking for more complex features, this CRM might not be the best fit for you.
