What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
I am lucky to have the help of Pipedrive to have a better administration and order in each of the projects and sales of the company, since the capabilities of this program are many and it adapts perfectly to the development of work and management of clients and coordinate with them each one of the steps and processes that will materialize the sales and relations inside or outside the web, with the help of this program you can see simplified the management of clientele on the web in a very short time, since This program takes possession of resources with my email to notify and that it is a single tray of information that enters.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The aspects and characteristics that I like about Pipedrive are machismo, since this is one of the best programs that I use in my job to manage all the processes that complement having a safe and efficient sale, it is worth saying that we have had a very good reception in our market and with each of the clients for the good and professional sales processes and interactions that we have been able to offer since we worked hand in hand with Pipedrive, thanks to the great design of this program that presents us with a very easy to use interface, each of the company's employees can work with the program and manage each of the clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the problems that we have had with this program within the company has been having to pay the high price that this program asks of us, since the truth, analyzing each of the functions of the program and other similar software on the Pipedrive market, is one of the most expensive that exists, in addition to the fact that the program has several options that can only be used if an additional payment is paid, this is something that bothers us about the program.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I like to recommend Pipedrive to colleagues who work daily with contact and preserving relationships that are born in the cloud, since this program has a myriad of options at hand to handle it professionally and give you the confidence in each step. To make sales or seal some kind of business relationship, this program is very complete and is worth having in any type of company that manifests itself in the cloud.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive Sales have offered us excellent features that help us with our customer database and sales management. It had straightforward integrations and was very simple to use for our team in addition all the information will be easily updated and tracked.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For the business development team, I use Pipedrive. Pipedrive Sales have done so many things for me. 1. Simple to organize and personalize. 2. Automatic call and email tracking. 3. Although it aids in the tracking and logging of leads and deals. 4. Pipedrive also assists our sales staff in developing sales funnels and achieving the finest outcomes, which is great once more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app is unstable or regularly freezes, even though it has a lot of potential and a sound concept. It needs to be worked on more. Although Pipedrive has a sufficient number of updates, they can occasionally be tedious, so I am content with what it has provided me with thus far. Quality is preferable to quantity.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
By just using this application, anyone can easily move all of your contacts, businesses, and leads and provide them with follow-up for all the tasks they need to complete before and during the pipeline. Although anyone can use it to monitor the activities of their sales representatives and determine how the services can be improved.
