Reporting is effective, but it could be better.

Paycor is a great product. You can customize the level of service, the types of things you want for your employees. Customer service is great

It seems to be similar to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It worked fine and was easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was more expensive than Paychex or ADP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to follow up. They lost my Employee Retention Tax Credit and never submitted it. This cost us a lot of money. We just kept waiting and waiting until we called the IRS who told us they never received anything for our company.
