Great training courses and an easy to use system

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The payroll and staffing services at our organization are handled by Paycor. Our payroll data is readily available in Paycor, and my management team relies on it to run the business. We also use software to broadcast available openings to numerous online, no-cost employment sites.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycor is cheaper than ADP and the other bidders we considered. The ATS has proven to be an invaluable tool for us in resolving issues. Excellent training modules and user-friendly interface are two of the system's many strengths. The ATS is fantastic, by the way. It has allowed us to hire faster and easier track the status of each open position in record time. The payroll process is also quite simple.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The report-making process might be difficult to navigate at times. Paycor is actively attempting to improve this particular sector, but more work is needed. Sometimes it's not entirely clear who or where changes should be made.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Helps us connect the dots between the company's overarching aims and the work of our smaller teams. This helps us make sure that our teams aren't working in isolation on unrelated projects, which in turn boosts productivity by allowing us to align our efforts.

If cost is important this can be a good solution. Make sure you have good client service reps.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Paycor is well suited for employee management. It is a great resource for centrally locating most employee personnel documents, evaluations, and disciplinary actions. When reviewing an employee's history, it is easy to see everything in one place. It is also suitable for payroll management and includes simple functions for wage garnishments and other deductions. Paycor was initially incorporated for payroll processing. The company added onboarding since there was no one in human resources and only one payroll person.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can track each employee's performance, productivity and progress of completed tasks, performance management is also used. You can track time worked in real time as well as submit. It also has a feature where you can send missed marks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some reports that I would like to run, but can't. If there is data for something, it should be reportable. However, Paycor reports offers a lot of reporting and customization. Transferring between payrolls could be easier. Lack of training for employees who seem unfamiliar with the product. They should answer phone calls and respond to emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The software is easy to use, most of it is very intuitive and the implementation team I had was amazing. They made sure the transition to Paycor went smoothly. They listened to my needs and were very quick to help with any issues I had. The time and attendance and payroll functionalities are fantastic. Easy to use for both managers and employees. Paycor is an HRIS and Payroll system. Have demonstrated other modules, but none align with certain needs or budget.
