What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

The cost and contracting. Paycor has a decent cost that is affordable, and you are not locked into long term contracts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Paycor has a variety of modules available that are relatively simple to use and are customizable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The majority of their support center agents are just reading from a script and are not knowledgeable enough about the product. Their case management is horrible! You are given a case number, but no correspondence tracking is done within the case for review. They don't always respond to you when you update your case. I have been told numerous times of a 'work around' instead of actual fixes and have been given incorrect information on solutions. I have been told I am wrong on how the product works when it is not working correctly or how it has in the past when I know fully that I am not wrong.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If day to day customer service is important to you this is not the product you want.
