Good product but support can be better

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The product is great. The ATS and benefits products cannot be beat and have saved us so much time and have added an immeasurable amount of efficiency. We had an unfortunate implementation experience, with our "dedicated" Paycor implementation team turning over 3 complete times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Paycor has a great training section for Adminstrators. They have live classes and pre-recorded trainings and even quick FAQ's if the user has a question on a product or service. I like attending the live classes that Paycor offers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Paycor customer support and implementation could be better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Customer Support can be a nightmare, as it takes a long time to get issues resolved and tickets get closed out randomly without proper resolve.

The self-service and customization of the features has helped empower our staff, increase the buy-in for the product implementation and streamlined some of our formerly manual processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As newer product users, we haven't encountered any major issues yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Participate in the product demo and survey stakeholders about their needs to have detailed information to provide Paycor. Knowing our software gaps helped specify how Paycor could help with our issues.
