How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Paycor's strength, I believe, is its straightforward design that is easy for users to navigate. It's very easy to use the Paycor app and check important information regarding payroll, which is what I use it for the most. I'm personally not familiar with that many other payroll apps, so I can't say what distinguishes it from other platforms, but in my opinion, Paycor does its job very well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use--very straightforward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing--it works well and achieves its purpose for the end user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it strong consideration, because your end users (employees) will probably like it very much.

Easy to use, cost effective!

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
The biggest thing for us is having so many functions under one "roof" - as in not having a system for benefits, and another system for time entry, and another system for running checks. It all marries together.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The biggest thing for us is having so many functions under one "roof" - as in not having a system for benefits, and another system for time entry, and another system for running checks. It all marries together.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike how many clicks it takes to get to a simple screen/task, and I do not like how slow and glitchy the app acts at times. Especially during time approval days.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'm a minimalist which isn't super common, especially in higher education. So, my recommendation is having less clicks to get to the "point" of something, specifically approving time.

I love the recruiting tool. It is by far our favorite. Great ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service is lacking. They’ve tried to push too much onto the customer during the past 10 years. They also take too long to resolve too many cases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s good for the price but understand there will be frustrations
