It seems to be similar to others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It worked fine and was easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was more expensive than Paychex or ADP.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to follow up. They lost my Employee Retention Tax Credit and never submitted it. This cost us a lot of money. We just kept waiting and waiting until we called the IRS who told us they never received anything for our company.

It is a decent product to manage workforce.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
It is easy to use and very intuitive. application.. Basis functionalities are covered. There is no need to train employees on how to use the system. I recommend this product for HCM , for midsize organization to manage their HR workforce, time and absence and payroll needs. There are many other good products in the market but when we look at price this is very affordable as compared to others.. There are few issues but the tech support is fairly good to address and resolve them in time. The integration with outside system was little bit difficult but it may depend on the scenario and system that we are using. Overall good and affordable.
