What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I am deligthed by Paycor for its user-friendly interface and efficient payroll processing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a user, I dislike that Paycor's reporting features could be more customizable, and there have been occasional delays in receiving updates or resolving software issues.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend considering Paycor for its efficient HR and payroll solutions. Ensure it meets your industry needs and evaluate customer support responsiveness before finalizing your decision.

It is a decent product to manage workforce.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

It is easy to use and very intuitive. application.. Basis functionalities are covered. There is no need to train employees on how to use the system. I recommend this product for HCM , for midsize organization to manage their HR workforce, time and absence and payroll needs. There are many other good products in the market but when we look at price this is very affordable as compared to others.. There are few issues but the tech support is fairly good to address and resolve them in time. The integration with outside system was little bit difficult but it may depend on the scenario and system that we are using. Overall good and affordable.

What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?

Paycor's strength, I believe, is its straightforward design that is easy for users to navigate. It's very easy to use the Paycor app and check important information regarding payroll, which is what I use it for the most. I'm personally not familiar with that many other payroll apps, so I can't say what distinguishes it from other platforms, but in my opinion, Paycor does its job very well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use--very straightforward and user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing--it works well and achieves its purpose for the end user.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it strong consideration, because your end users (employees) will probably like it very much.
