What differentiates Paycor from other similar products?
Everything related to hiring, benefits, and payroll can be accessed from a single, streamlined interface. All records pertaining to employees are kept there as well. Effectiveness, we can staff up and get things done quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to process payroll and record time worked. Personally, I appreciate the variety of reports that can be accessed (when they work). Employees may be added to the system in a jiffy, and existing users can have their permissions changed and their information (such as hours worked, salary, etc.) updated with minimal effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a lack of great support. The process of tailoring to our requirements is not intuitive, thus I often find myself resorting to Google to find answers to my questions. Paycor's customer service is unresponsive and difficult to reach.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Our company's HRIS and Payroll requirements are met by Paycor. It's useful for maintaining an accurate record of personnel information and making quick, simple adjustments as needed.
