The customer service and ability to reach out and contact your account specialist and team makes a big impact to the quality of services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Geo fencing and ability to call with questions and get an answer!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since the pandemic the turn over has been a lot so many account specialist have no real experience or knowledge of the system. With that said they still make an effort to get an answer for you which is much appreciated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation is key. Please make sure to be clear about expectations and what you are looking for the system to do for you. They can build around it!

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

The biggest difference between Paycom and UKG READY is that Paycom offers a comprehensive HR administration and payroll solution, including HR, recruiting, training, billing, finance, law enforcement, benefits administration and more. UKG READY is a human resource management tool designed to help companies manage their employee development, compliance, recruitment and payroll management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I love most about Paycom is the ease of use it offers. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, which means that even if you have no previous experience with human resource management, you can quickly learn how to use it. In addition, the platform offers very practical tools and functionalities, such as a payroll generator, reports and tools for time management. These tools can help employers to simplify and automate their human resource management processes very easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike about Paycom is the fact that it charges a high credit card processing fee and there are not many options to reduce this fee. Also, payment processing is slow compared to other payment systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend a Paycom recruiting consultant because they offer a wide variety of tools and functionality to make the recruiting process easier. For example, the software allows recruiting consultants to manage multiple candidates, arrange interviews, follow up, evaluate candidate performance, and provide detailed reports on the recruiting process. In addition, the software offers advanced security features to protect candidate data, ensuring privacy and protecting company information. Paycom also offers first-class technical support to help recruiting consultants get the most out of the software.

What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

Human resource features in the tool is what makes the tool more effective efficient and thus shine against its rival. One of the best features are the talent management, payroll and time and workforce management. You are able to know how your staffs are performing and how they are reporting to work each and everyday. It also has a database that helps to record and store staffs data. When hiring the tool has a feature that allows you to background check the staff for any negative listing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and how the dashboard is intuitive. The feature that allows you to conduct background check for negative listing which ensures that you will not hire a negative listed people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Let me say for the time i have used the tool, no bad or negativity so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Human resource and payroll management should no longer be a hustle. Its worth the cost
