What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

Phone support also needs to be improved and needs to be enhanced. It is essential to be able to solve the issues the program raises. A clear instruction manual is required. In some modules, primarily, exception reports do not provide project information. This makes project-level troubleshooting challenging. Integration with other tools has some glitches.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We also created a lot of automation, customizations, and new modules that work with the existing processes. Its features that work together to manage everything are something I like. The fact that it can be altered to fit the client's trading platform is fantastic. I enjoy that we can view the daily activity and access inventory and reports using the app.

I appreciate that NetSuite has powerful reporting and search capabilities. Its ability to integrate suite applications to expand capabilities, such as tax, warehouse management, application automation, etc., is another reason why I appreciate it. I also enjoy that you can access the cloud from any location and on any device, so you don't have to worry about losing connectivity when accessing your data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard is the feature of this CRM that I like the most because it allows me to view all leads, opportunities, customers, revenue, data in the pipeline, and many other things in a single view. On the other hand, I also like the quick integration because it allows me to add leads and accounts to this platform with just a single click, and then all of a sudden they are added.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application is the feature of his platform that I dislike the most. It works well for view-only mode, but changing or editing anything through the mobile application is a really difficult task, and it's also not very user-friendly. As a result, the mobile application for this CRM is the feature I dislike the most.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My favorite component of the application in terms of functionality is the search engine (also known as "adaptive search" or "workspace search"), which is the main point of entry for our customers and is really quick and accurate. The main advantage is the quick and simple access to the appropriate data.

It has kept all supply chain tracking processes on track from start to finish, ensuring all parties know their rights and allowing for transparent settlements. It makes searching and sorting data simple. This comprehensive system allows us to track all orders, invoices, and other data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

NetSuite isn't difficult to use once you become used to it. NetSuite is easy to use once you've learned how all the tools and functionalities work. But, like other Oracle systems, it needs technical help from time to time, which disrupts your operation. To be honest, I get tired easily with the existing interface's simplicity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using NetSuite, you can track your project's progress and make data-driven decisions. We saved a lot of time and money with NetSuite. Using NetSuite as our ERP solution saved us time and money. Help NetSuite improve its information regarding material delivery dates to make process changes more realistic. I like the way we organized the data. Orders and plans to suppliers should be delivered promptly.
