I appreciate that NetSuite has powerful reporting and search capabilities. I also enjoy that you can access the cloud from any location and on any device, so you don't have to worry about losing connectivity when accessing your data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboard is the feature of this CRM that I like the most because it allows me to view all leads, opportunities, customers, revenue, data in the pipeline, and many other things in a single view. On the other hand, I also like the quick integration because it allows me to add leads and accounts to this platform with just a single click, and then all of a sudden they are added.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The mobile application is the feature of his platform that I dislike the most. It works well for view-only mode, but changing or editing anything through the mobile application is a really difficult task, and it's also not very user-friendly. As a result, the mobile application for this CRM is the feature I dislike the most.
