What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers total CRM support, allowing me to keep track of, plan for, and channel my business by building and implementing various tools. It is a complete package for managing employees, businesses, and clients, and it also assists me in aligning and maintaining records for each unit. It enables brand customization as well as report customization based on the organization. I can utilize the built-in employee management or connect it to a third-party solution like ADP Workforce Now. Automated Reports with specified email notifications are also supported. Access is restricted based on user rights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There have been some technical concerns, such as not being able to post an invoice, however, it appears that this was swiftly resolved.

The Oracle Netsuite ERP software was created with the goal of helping you succeed in your field of work more quickly while keeping order in all of my worksheets and documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Phone support also needs to be improved and needs to be enhanced. It is essential to be able to solve the issues the program raises. A clear instruction manual is required. In some modules, primarily, exception reports do not provide project information. This makes project-level troubleshooting challenging. Integration with other tools has some glitches.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We also created a lot of automation, customizations, and new modules that work with the existing processes. Its features that work together to manage everything are something I like. The fact that it can be altered to fit the client's trading platform is fantastic. I enjoy that we can view the daily activity and access inventory and reports using the app.
