As it is cloud based easy to use, scalability, customise according to our usage and also provides real time reports

Integration and customization as we can integrate with any other software to complete the work and also customize the forms based on our requirements

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complexity, cost is high for the small size organisation and also the user interface is not so easy for the beginners
