What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

I believe Notion has a larger depth of customization features than other similar products. My notes in Notion are always fun and customized.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating, customizing, sharing notes is a breeze. I love all the customization options that make my notes fun instead of bland. My product department has a shared space we all use to collaborate. I check this space once a day; Notion makes it easy to track updates and see any edits without having to dig deep. The customization options are endless! It's always a joy to view coworkers' pages and see how they leverage the tool to create fun and unique notes. The UI is just a delight and always getting better. The design team behind Notion has done an excellent job. I have many more things I like about the product, too many to list here!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The performance seems to be sometimes lacking. I'm not entirely sure if this is a problem with my internet or an issue with how the product loads, but it's something to note. Other than that, I haven't discovered anything that has negatively affected my experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it everyday, get your team using it as well. Share a workspace and collaborate together.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Notion is one of a kind product in the market. The quality and features that it provides are top notch and I don’t think there is any other software in the market similar to notion that can have such capabilities. The templates are very useful and makes the work much more easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The templates are my favourite aspects of this software. But all the other features whether it be drag or drop or handling data it helps me in every way

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t think there is anything we should dislike about this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes surely everyone should try this software. You will be in love the capability it has.

Very simple and powerful at the same time. Truly helps the team get things organized and streamlines work.

Organization and synced blocks - blocks of content that are synced across the workspace

What do you dislike most about this product?

No depth for entities - very flat hierarchy between entities

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out, use the different features - it's gonna benefit you greatly. Work on it alone at first, establish workflow, and then add team members.
