What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

It's a nice blend of project planning, team management and note-taking. The AI integration makes it easier to customize things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to collaborate with others. Outside of the workplace, I use it with some friends for our Dungeons and Dragons campaign and it allows us to effectively sync with each other, selective viewing of content and tracking all notes around. Great to say this can be used for personal or recreational use as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This can be a bit difficult to learn firsthand. I recommend looking at tutorial videos or having someone who is more versed in it to give a proper walkthrough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for something for detailed note-taking with tons of customization options and team collaboration, then this product is the right way to go. You can build it to fit whatever workflow style you have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to have my notes, tasks, databases, wikis, and calendars all in one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact that notion can become slow and laggy when working with large databases.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Notion can be overwhelming at first, but templates can help you set up workspaces quickly.

What differentiates Notion from other similar products?

Notion is one of the best Project Management tool that I use, all my projects are managed easily. I don’t think there is any other tool that manages like Notion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Timely notifications and easier configuration of projects are the two best things that I like about Notion AI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Charging 15$ per month is a bit expensive for a small business like mine. It would be helpful if it gets reduced.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Everybody who work on multiple projects need a tool like Notion AI.
