NetSuite CRM is a reliable software that has incredible capabilities. The ease of use of NetSuite CRM has been making this tool a top customer relationship management tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the intuitive interface and features of this customer relationship management software. I also like how NetSuite CRM has strengthened our relationship with our clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The features of this customer relationship management tool has been flawless. I have zero reasons to complain.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend NetSuite CRM. NetSuite CRM has been the best.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
The primary tasks are covered. It covers not only accounting but also other businesses. It covers all the features of an CRM and can be used without any problems. It is also designed for global use. Our company is a foreign-affiliated company, and we are expanding to many countries, but we don't have many problems in most countries. All the essential functions are working. Also, since it is a web format, it can be used anywhere on the Internet.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The main point of the introduction was that order management and production management could be done in one go. Our work had improved considerably compared to the days when we used different systems. Basic accounting and sales document processing are fine. Also, although a separate system is required to process purchases, we can handle any business's basic operations. I was able to do everything from issuing vouchers to processing and cancellation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is a problem with invoices not printing correctly. Fix this problem. It should be Unicode, but why is this happening? Is there a problem with the PDF side because it's a PDF?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has all the necessary functions for CRM, and you can feel the breadth of your pocket. I want to use the analysis function in the future. I use it almost exclusively as a CRM, but it is easy. I have no complaints about the basic functionality of creating lists and exporting them to CSV or PDF when needed.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
What differentiate the tool among its peers is the ability of the tool to store large customer data objectively. The tool also has an inbuilt ticketing system that helps to escalate and track customers complains and concern to ensure you get the best in relationship management. The tool offers more than you can imagine. Its also has a high lead conversion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What i like about the tool is that it has quality features which turns out the tool performs beyond what is paid to perform.
