First CRM implementation - good product!

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?
Oracle's backbone really stands out with Netsuite. As long as you have a great implementation team - this product will serve most any need that a business would need.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use and the quality of the end product. Like many CRMs, this can have a steep learning curve. But once that's done - it's a solid and effective tool to manage business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Implementation (like many CRM systems) can be a bear - and this one is no different. What we thought would be a complex, but achievable process ended up ballooning in scale and taking much longer to achieve. However, it was achievable and the end product is very good.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Know the timeline for implementation and be very specific in your planning steps. It's hard to "switch streams" if you discover something was wrong at the beginning.

Easy of use , Integration is not required when we use NetSuite ERP, Lead capture is easy .
