What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?

The primary benefit of working with Cognizant's CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services is their ability to integrate the best-in-class technologies into a single unified platform. The latest in customer engagement technology, such as AI and predictive analytics, are incorporated into the solution enabling us to get a holistic view of our customers' experiences. Furthermore, the team provides complete support throughout the implementation process, helping us to get up and running quickly and cost-effectively. This allows our business to access customer insights more quickly, in an effort to maximize ROI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The team also provided us with several customer success stories that we were able to use for reference points. These customer success stories demonstrated the impact of successful implementations, as well as how businesses can achieve their desired outcomes with Cognizant's CRM services. By understanding these stories, we were able to gain insight into the successes that other businesses have had and this allowed us to set realistic expectations for our own implementation. This enabled us to start on the right path, enabling us to reach our desired objectives with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The other challenge we faced was the slow progress of documentation. We felt that NetSuite could create better templates and provide additional support to ensure that documents are up-to-date, accurate and easily accessible. This would have helped us remain on top of our project, allowing us to make changes as needed without having to wait for new documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would emphasize the importance of setting clear goals and expectations before beginning any project with Cognizant. Communication is key and understanding what is expected from the team will help ensure that the project progresses as planned. Additionally, I would suggest leveraging Cognizant's customer success stories to gain insight into successful implementations and get ideas on how to achieve desired outcomes. This will enable you to set realistic expectations and remain on track throughout the process.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?

For our installation, NetSuite supplied nothing less than the "A Team". In addition to providing an excellent solution, the team has earned the respect of our Business Technology and Marketing/Business partners. Excellent encounter!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Cognizant's CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services is their commitment to customer success. Throughout the implementation process, NetSuite focused on our goals and objectives as a business, while also understanding the need for agility in order to ensure that changes can be made quickly. The team was always available to answer questions or provide guidance, allowing our business to move forward quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing special, really. If I may say something, it appears to take a while to receive new resources, especially bilingual resources, when we need them. Our weekly meetings with Salesforce.com are only generic in nature. It would be great if we could use Salesforce technology to get additional MLJ-specific topics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would absolutely recommend Cognizant's CRM and Customer Experience Implementation Services to anyone considering this product. The team is highly experienced in both customer engagement technologies and customer experience management, making them an ideal partner for any business looking to implement these solutions. Furthermore, I believe that the team's ability to create customized solutions based on a business's specific needs is unparalleled.

The vanguard in accounting processes with NetSuite

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?

NetSuite was acquired in our company as a solution to better manage our accounting, and put us in contact with our accounting advisors in a more automated way, without having to waste so much time that is valuable to us in the midst of so many transactions, NetSuite has a lot of tools that add up every day in terms of leveraging the company's resources. In addition, the power to manage the company's own expenses is extremely useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Any device with an internet connection can access NetSuite, keeping constant supervision of our accounts and accounting movements in a few steps, we can verify cash flows, bank transactions are automatically transmitted to Xero, saving us a lot of work and helping to save time in these situations. Being cloud based we run low risk of losing all our information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To manage inventories in multiple locations requires tools external to NetSuite that are somewhat costly for the company and not easy to manage. It takes a long time to implement new functions which can be annoying in some cases, since the idea is to move forward as far as possible, in terms of reports some are sometimes very long and without clear information and others should have more accurate information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend NetSuite for small and medium companies that need to automate their accounting area in order to generate more productivity in the company, NetSuite works correctly at a general level and despite its small flaws its cost is adequate to its operation, it fulfills what it promises although it can offer more. They should add better extensions that allow the diversified use of the tool, promoting progress among our employees.
