Flexibility Beyond Compare: NetSuite CRM's hallmark feature is its remarkable flexibility. It's like the chameleon of CRM systems, capable of adapting to your unique business needs. Whether you're a startup or a large enterprise, this CRM solution can be tailored to your exact specifications. With just a little tweaking, you can make it do almost anything you want, which is a game-changer for businesses with specific requirements or those that evolve over time. You won't need to compromise or adapt your processes to fit the CRM; instead, NetSuite CRM adapts to you.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a very large learning curve. They provide lots of learning resources but it's not simple or intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Learning and implementing NetSuite CRM will take time, so investing in training is essential. Provide comprehensive training for your staff, particularly those who will be working closely with the system. NetSuite offers training resources, and there are often third-party consultants who specialize in the platform. The more knowledge your team has, the smoother the transition will be.

What differentiates NetSuite CRM from other similar products?

Data and transactions may be optimized with Netsuite, giving us flexibility. New features and scripts developed utilizing NetSuite's extensive search options can enhance our system's operations and procedures, including creating and updating invoices and reporting. It also simplifies and speeds up the process of modifying the appropriate pieces.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

People appreciate having the option to vote on proposed changes so they may provide feedback on the upgrades. Twice a year, updates to the program are made. A workflow builder is also included in the software, which you can use to automate order processing and link order data to financial and inventory data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform aspect I dislike the most is the mobile application portion. The mobile application works appropriately in view-only mode. Although it may be easier to use, updating or editing anything through it can be a little challenging. The system has some awkward spots and regularly crashes. Due to yet another procedural error, we also gave up on integration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using this CRM solution, we can record conversations between our partners and executives, allowing us to generate ideas that will be even more advantageous to both parties later. It is quick and simple to scale the tool to meet the needs of all departments. Using this program, you may efficiently market brands and reach a specific audience with push alerts.
