Automation and Mobile. with the mobile GUI, the data can filled and approved easily from phone or iPad which take the less time to complete the task
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of using this product is too high. may not fit for small business with limited budget. so this app is only meant for enterprise business use.

The product is extremely customizable in all aspects. Scripting and workflows as well as multiple apps in their eco system make integrations easy.

Scripting and reporting.

NetSuite should allow access to demo accounts and learning resources more easily.

Highly recommend NetSuite as a backbone for your accounting and ERP. They are a leader in this space for small and medium size businesses.

There is a very large learning curve. They provide lots of learning resources but it's not simple or intuitive.
