It is easy to use and operate. It is great at storing customer information. It is very customizable.

Search function. Automation.

No dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it because it is very configurable. Cloud option allows you to access data at any place. It is great at mainfaing customer information.

I can't get certain details about customer complaints

Be patient win is first installed and make friends with customer service because they are very helpful
