What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
I would say the user-friendliness, it is very straightforward forward from the way you set up a project to the way you do reports within it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use, and how good it works within cellphones and tablets. I've used a dedicated iPad just for PMing and it has been such a fun experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be very buggy at times, especially when using the Gantt chart in mobile apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask the monday.com team for a trial period and run it for yourself and a small group of coworkers, I did this and it was a great experience that finalized our decision to go into it.
